Being an NCBA adjudicator comes with several challenges, as it requires a balance of impartiality, quick decision-making, and a deep understanding of the criteria involved. Adjudicators must manage the pressure of evaluating performances or submissions under tight time constraints, all while remaining objective and fair.  Communicating feedback constructively and diplomatically is also a key challenge, but lends itself to opportunities to impart wisdom.  Thankfully we have year of experience under our belt and are here to make sure you are successful in your year as a judge.
