Register Online Now in Two Easy Steps
Our membership year is July 1-June 30 each year and you must renew annually. Your membership form and registration is separate from ALL other entry forms such as honor band and winter activities. You MUST complete all required fields on the membership form or you will not be able to vote in person or by absentee ballot, as we need to verify everyone’s membership validity.

Next: After you submit the form you will be given a link to pay your membership electronically. This link will also be emailed to you and included on an emailed invoice. If you need to send a check, please send the emailed invoice and check made to “NCBA” to:

Checks MUST include the name of the registered member to be properly tied to the registration. Please also include your order number from the email that you receive.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL BOTH REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE COMPLETE. If you have been awarded an NCBA Lifetime Membership, you will select that in one of the questions and you will NOT be charged a membership fee. This year there is also an added option for non-voting members. Non-voting members will not be charged a fee. You must be a fully paid voting member to participate in NCBA events that require membership such as Winter Activities or All Northern Honor Band.
